Vista Monitoring IP Multiviewer is an application designed for broadcast Contribution and Distribution monitoring of multiple compressed transport stream flows on a single Canvas. Vista utilizes standard compute with high performance networking and efficient dense software decoding. Vista ingests transport flows via UDP, RTP and SRT with OTT flows coming soon. Video CODEC support includes JXS, HEVC, AVC and MPEG 2. Each flow is decoded, scaled and positioned in it's unique Region on the UHD multi-Region Canvas. In addition to the UHD HDMI output, the UHD Canvas is efficiently HEVC or AVC encoded at full frame size and frame rate for streaming the Canvas with audio for remote or local viewing. Vista decodes compressed audio with support for raw SMPTE 302M PCM audio flows too. Vista displays accurate dBFS bars for each region. Audio capacity includes 16 audio channels per Region with user routing and control for pair monitoring via the local HDMI interface and the encoded transport stream of the Canvas.

Status with high Frame Rate Thumbnails and TS Analysis

  • Vista's Status tab provides high Frame Rate Thumbnails and deep transport analysis including TS details, Service Name and Provider, PIDS, CODECS, data rates, frame size, frame rate, SDR/HDR, audio details and more. Each Region has a built in TS analyzer with all active concurrently and readily accessible via the WebUI or REST API.
